Refund policy

[REFUND POLICY]

• Please note that discounted, bespoke, or pre-order Items are non-refundable.
• In other cases you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in same condition received with tags and will be inspected to process refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for return item arriving safely and return shipping costs [this is because we are a small brand] It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase insurance if returning an item valued over £50, since we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
• The money will be refunded to the original payment method that you used for purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
• If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, refund cannot be processed.

[ORDER AMENDMENTS]

• Amendments, Exchange and Order Cancellations Exchange requests or amendments of orders can only take place within 12 hours after check out since processing begins immediately.
