- Pre-Order Items: minimum time frame for Pre Orders is 35 working days, due to additional processing and manufacturing times (Mon - Fri) We will provide updates regarding the status of your pre-order, you’ll be notified via email if there are any significant changes to the timeline.
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Kindly allow for extra time during holiday seasons. Shipment service is beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.
You are responsible for duties and taxes
Shipping outside the mainland UK? Please note that your package may face local import duties and taxes when it arrives in your country. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying these customs clearance fees directly to the courier to release your order.
